1. How to make cabbage rice: the ingredients
- Basmati rice – 3 cups;
- Boiled meat water (Turkey, Beef or Chicken) – 2 cups;
- Curry powder – 2 tbsp.;
- Seasoning – 3 cubes;
- Salt (to your taste);
- Minced garlic – 4 cloves;
- Vegetable oil – 8 tbsp.;
- 1 heaped bowl cabbage;
- 3 carrots (medium sized);
- 2 large green bell peppers;
- Green peas – 1 cup;
- Red onion- 2 bulbs;
- A handful of green beans;
- Cow Liver – 200 g.

2. How to prepare cabbage rice: the directions
- Steam the meat with salt, onion, Maggi, curry, thyme, chicken spice mix. Do not let the water dry while steaming. Then, separate the mix from water and set for frying.
- Deep fry the meat in vegetable or groundnut oil, divide the water that you have got into two portions: use the first one for cooking rice (to nearly 80% done), set aside the remaining portion.
- Thoroughly wash the cow liver. Season salt it and then and steam it up for 10 minutes. Then remove it from the heat and set aside.
- Срз the cabbage very well. Boil your finely chopped cabbage for 30-40 minutes.
- Peel off the skin of the carrots, wash it. Next, wash the green bell pepper, remove the seeds. Now, wash the runner beans and dice them. Then, wash and steam the green peas with salt. After that, wash and slice up your onions. Set all these the veggies aside.

- Add the veggies (carrot, green pepper, peas, runner beans, onions) to the first batch, then stir-fry it for one minute. Add the liver and stir-fry this all for 2 minutes more. Now add the rice and stir till the mixture incorporates, leave it for a minute then turn the heat off.
- Repeat the process till you use the whole batch.
