One of our favourite baked banana recipe is the following one. All you need is ripe bananas, some shredded chocolate, and vanilla ice cream (optional). Don’t peel the bananas – just make a slit along one side. Stick pieces of chocolate along the cut. Put each banana onto a piece of foil and fold the foil. Bake for about 20 minutes in your stove, until the bananas turn black. Serve with ice cream!

Take your bananas, peel them, cut in chunks, place on a flat tray, put in a freezer and freeze for approximately one hour. When the bananas are completely frozen, put the banana chunks in the blender, blend until the mixture is smooth, and add some milk to make the ice cream achieve a creamy texture.
